Measure in centimeters or inches (decimals, not fractions). Shoes off, stand naturally, measure top of head to floor.
Measure sternum to floor.
This is an important one, so measure precisely. Hold a level at your crotch and then measure down to the floor. Make sure the level is pressed firmly against the pelvis and measure precisely.
Lift leg out 90°. Measure hip to knee from the center of each rotation point.
Measure from one shoulder pivot to the other.
Stretch out arm with palm up and measure palm to shoulder pivot.
